Subject additional charge for homes that have over 12 windows
Final Clean (second clean) 11 sf

Clean all surfaces

Clean tops of cabinet uppers

Clean all cabinet toe kicks "excludes removing grout, paint or cement"

Clean all thresholds at doors

If window clean is required $100 1 story $150 2 stories Clean windows inside and out and tracks.

Paint removal charge of $50.00 per area, only upon request from the client
Touch Up Clean- 3rd clean
Homeowner Intro Clean- .08/sf

Contracting supervisor to walk home prior to clean to point out any issues

All surfaces are spotless

All sticker removed from light fixtures

all stickers removed from windows frames

Home is left "move in ready"

Rear/Front porches are swept clean. Trash is not swept into yard beds
